About the Role

You’ll join a large, highly regarded defendant insurance team, working within a well-structured Legal Assistant pool.

With a strong buddy system, full training and onboarding, you’ll be set up for success from day one.

This role is designed to let you focus on meaningful, high-value support, not repetitive admin.

This is a true EA-style Legal Assistant role, where you’ll work closely with lawyers and be a key part of the team’s success, without the usual admin overload.

Key Responsibilities

• Providing high-level support to lawyers across Defendant WorkCover matters
• Managing diaries, meetings and team coordination
• Preparing and formatting legal documents and correspondence
• Liaising with clients and stakeholders

Who You’ll Be Working With

You’ll be part of a well-staffed, high-performing defendant insurance team known for its strong culture and collaborative approach.

The team works across a broad range of Workers Compensation matters, acting for insurers, employers and government clients.
